  4. Being a former chef and trained in European cusines, like in Italy and France, they are not into the same heavy cream based dressings as in North America or the U.K Salad Cream.

    I sprinkle of oil and a dash of vinegar, some salt and pepper is enough sometimes, even for those who are not into lemon with fish, they will use vinegar as a condiment on some grilled fishes, seafoods and mollusk dishes.
