  1. it's visitor visa and for this you just go to german embassy or log on to their site and they will guide you better.

  9. It depends on your nationality.

    If you are from the US, you don't need a visa to enter Germany as tourist. Just show your passport at the border control and you can stay a limited time inside Germany (as far as I know, up to 3 months every 6 months).

    If you are an citizen of the European Union, you don't need a visa, too.
