What visual arts are appreciated at the moment?

I think its difficult to answer, because today everyone has a different appreciation to art. There are so many different types its hard to decide.  Most people find it hard to associate to contemporary art, as it is a very modern way of looking into art and to appreciate it, you muct look at it in a far more open minded way than the way you look at a classical artwork. Personally, i like a mixture of both and it comes down to what ever an individual appreciates personally.
