I am so lost on this one. I've been researching Krebs cycle, glycolysis, etc. Any help will be appreciated!

  1. Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) is needed to form coenzyme-A (CoA). This is used to form acetyl-CoA, used in the citric acid cycle. The "acetyl" is the carbon dioxide attached to CoA. Try looking at the structure of acetyl-CoA and see if you can pick out the "CO2" on the end tip of the molecule.
