  1. ObGyns recommend that you begin taking a prenatal vitamin as soon as you begin trying to conceive to ensure proper nutrition and the health of your baby.

FertilAid for Women provides the ingredients of vitamins with a science-based herbal fertility enhancing supplement and includes proven fertility-enhancing herbal ingredients such as Vitex Agnus Castus, Ginger, PABA, Red Clover and Ginkgo Biloba to help restore hormonal balance and support overall reproductive wellness.

  2. Rasperry leaf tea should not be taken prior to 30 weeks of pregnancy because of it's effect on the uterus, it may be dangerous to your pregnancy.

I'd recommend a simple pre-natal combo vitamin. Sanatogen do a good one. As long as you have a good diet you probably won't need any extra except for folic acid.

  3. i took sanatogen pro-natal

don't have the raspberry tea until labour time

  4. You can take red raspberry leaf tea in moderation but its not reccomended until after 37 weeks as it could cause labour to incur. I suggest instead of taking too many vitamins and minerals to eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg instead. Its healthier and more natural. I suggest taking folic acid as its vital for babies development. Good luck hun :)

  5. I thought raspberry leaf tea helped with labour.

    Take folic acid....

  6. folic acid and a good pre natal vitamin is really all you need.

    good luck
