Question:

What vitamins are lacking for me?

What I usually eat:

rice

chicken

fish (sometimes)

butter/cheese

bread

noodles

noodles/pasta

cake

cabage

potato

The above is usually what I eat.

What types of vitamins and minerals am i lacking?

  1. You lack vitamin C and calcium. Maybe you want to replace that cake with a piece of fruit in your daily diet.

    Also too many carbs that fill you but not any vegetables, just cabbage.Limit your intake of pasta,potato, bread, rice and butter and try some high fiber cereal and low fat milk.

  2. You might try to get more greens or carrots for vitamin A but it looks pretty good.

  3. Your probably missing more than you think. Try taking a good multivitamin after a meal just to be sure.

  4. Not quite that simple.  You would need some kind of urinalysis to determine.  Like the previous poster said, it generally is a good idea to take a multivitamin.  The best time would be after a meal.
