  1. a good multi vitamin is always a good idea as your body will pass through vitamins it does not need. Be sure you are getting enough greens and fiber in your diet as well. With today's environment and processed foods nearly everyone needs vitamin and mineral support. A capsule or liquid gel formula will give the best results as press tabs take longer to digest (if at all) . there is a multitude of choices out there but pick one that fills in your specific needs. check out the article below

  2. As long as you are eating a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables you shouldn't have to take any vitamins.  If you still feel like you just want to be sure then I advise you to take something in liquid form as the absorption rate is so much higher than pills.  Hope this helps.

  3. Well, taking a good multivitamin will ensure that you get your basic minimums as far as vitamins, but if you have a varied enough and healthy enough diet, you shouldn't need a multi. But if you're looking at your overall diet, you could also add in some wheat or whole-grain bread for fiber and carbs, plus some dairy (milk/cheese) or whey protein powder for protein source.

It's important to get all your basics for daily nutrition, not just the basic vitamins. If you aren't sure how good your meal plan is, you can always consult with a nutritionist to make sure you are getting the proper variety you need whether you supplement or not. Good luck!
