  2. any multi-vitamin will do.

  3. I know it is gonna sound like a joke, but Flinstones chewable's will suffice.

  5. you need every single vitamin.just dont OD yourself.a kid like you needs to grow healthy.eat meat for protein, but not regularly.oh and eat different kinds of fruits

  6. Speak with a medical practitioner who can refer you to a diet that will suit the needs of a growing body.

  7. Good for you for wanting to take care of your health!

Teenagers need 1200 milligrams of calcium a day to build strong bones and prevent osteoporosis (brittle bones) later in life. If you do not eat much meat, then you may also need iron, zinc and some B-vitamins. The easiest thing to do is take a standard multivitamin and mineral supplement each day. The standard tablet should contain about 100% of the daily recommended dietary intake. Read the labels on the bottles and take the one that seems best suited for your eating habits.

  8. It completely depends on what your diet consists of.

    Try going to http://www.mypyramid.gov/.

You can track your diet to see what you may be lacking in, and therefore what you may need supplements of.

  9. the same as anybody else.  the quantity is just different.  dont worry about that though because most multivitamins will have plenty.  aim for one with roughly 100% of your daily value because more than that doesnt help you and is very tough on your liver

  10. To be safe your doctor should know about your diet, any multi-vitamin would do the trick...
