However, it&#039;s also important to be checked out by a good chiropractor for neck vertabrae position.

the others are correct. no vitamin or herb, or even drug will correct the abnormal curve in your neck.

glucosamine can help slow the progression of arthritis &amp; make your neck less stiff, but a chiropractor can be a big help. he/she might have you also do traction or exercises as well.
