What vitamins should a daily beer drinker take to remain healthy?

some days i feel great and others i feel awful, i've heard that beer robs certain vitamins from the body

  1. i think you dont need any cos beer itself contain vitamin.

  3. Moderate beer drinking (1-3 a day) won't rob you of anything your body will notice. In fact, beer contains vitamins that help to decrease cardiovascular diseases.  

    Contrary to popular beliefs, vitamins do not make a significant impact on your health because most people receive enough of it by eating regularly. But if you want, it doesn't hurt to take a daily multi-vitamin like centrum.

  5. well, first off u just shouldnt drink beer daily, that would prob be the best thing for u....DUH >:P

  6. well maybe try laying off the beer to like every couple of days until u dont have the urge to drink all the time, that way not as many vitamins are robbed from your body... just an idea!:]

  7. take a multi vitamin for men as was already mentioned, extra potency, as well try eating healthier foods that are rich in vitamins themselves, also flax seed capsulses are good for you, also try to drink a little bit less bear as well, remember to keep in shape.

I have always found that a variety of beers will give you the nutrients you need to stay healthy.  If you have been drinking a lite lager, then I would change to a good IPA.  This will get more of the fresh, floral vitamins found in the hops.  A good barley-wine will give you the minerals found in the malted barleys.  Of course, if you want something with a stronger flavor, try a porter or a stout.  Rogue brewery makes a great Mocha Porter that has a great blend of fresh vegetables like barley and hops with a slight hint of chocolate flavor.

    Remember, all in moderation.  The alcohol in that stuff will get you and your little liver too.
