  1. Moles needed = 6.00 x 0.250 L = 1.5

    V of concentrated acid = 1.5 mol/ 17.5 = 0.0857 L = 85.7 mL

    other way :

    you can use the formula

    M1V1 = M2V2

    6.00 x 0.250 = 17.5 V2

    V2 = 0.0857 L
