LOL, im 19 and I wear 26-28, and I need a belt for 28-30..... Im 5'6 and 115lbs..hmmm but Rugby, my sister plays and some grils on her team are kind of "chunky" and thats good for rugby to be chunky because no body can tackle you..So It depends I guess... Im guessing your nephew is about 120lbs?? somewhere around there, in order to wear a size 30... Just ask his mother or father or something, or you can even look up a pants size chart in correlation with age and size....

That's a pretty massive 10 year old, even if he is a rugby player.
