What was Edward Winslow generally responsible for? Is there any record of his interraction with John Winthrop?

  1. He was one of the first to step ashore at Plymouth Colony. He served as governor of the colony and became an emissary between the colony and Great Britain. He returned to England several times and he was the first to bring cattle to the American colonies.
