  1. I assume you mean the public's opinion of her. Marie Antoinette became so unpopular with the French people (largely without justification), that she became a reason herself for many to support the monarchy's overthrow. Her conviction and death sentence, like the whole of the Revolution, was a travesty of justice. She died at age 38 with great dignity.

  4. The problem is she really had No Opinion.....she was far too young and uninterested in her royal obligations to care about anything.

  6. I don't think the 'public' in France liked her too much, they lopped her head off if I remember correctly.
