  1. I need a woman to get Hillary's voters.....

MCCAIN HAS OFFICIALLY INSULTED THE INTELIGENCE OF WOMEN.

MCAIN MET HER ONCE... THEN OFFERED HER THE JOB AT THE SECOND METTING. WHERE'S THE DEPTH IN THIS DECISION MAKING.

I'm scared...if he wins that's how irresponsibly we'd end up in the next set of wars he's salavating over to start....did I say ...scared...I mean terrified for him to win!

  2. Mccain has under-estimated all. He does think there are many stupid ppl in America that will fall for this...

  3. It seems very strategic on one hand, and yet...she'll be running the country should he kick the bucket. I think renecks may be sitting this election out for sure now!

  4. Not likely.  This pick reinforces the impetus for disaffected (mostly female) Clintonites to vote for GOP.  It weaken s Obama unless Palin's skeletons are worse than Joe Plagiarizer Biden's.

  5. Bush won the south to get in to office and you have a chick from Alaska...uh...he's got the chicks from Alaska vote locked in !!

    So, no hispanics...no blacks...no religious right...he's done.

Nice advisor's...did they just throw a dart at the map ?

Actually this is good...because this will finally tell me if it's all just a farce. You're 71, the economy is in the crapper, people are just plain tired of the war...and you pick basically a school board president to be one heart beat away from the button. if McCain gets in...it's just a big setup and I can quit caring all together.

  6. Hmmm...? Not so much, I think Americans are looking for character. Republicans find her appealing. A lifetime member of the NRA...pro-life, as demonstrated by her new son (she lives what she believes)...that is called integrity. She attends church regularly, she has increased taxes on oil producers in her state, and she has a 90% approval rating.  Nice to make your acquaintance, Mrs. Vice President...Welcome aboard.

  7. So, a former Mayor, with less than two years of experience as Governor of a state with almost no residents, but lots of oil has better experience than a US Senator of a populous state, with the third largest city?

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

And, she has 5 kids, including a new baby with Down's Syndrome.  How is she going to have time to care for that baby if she were VP - or worse - as Pres., when old man McCain kicks the bucket?

And, as head of a huge oil state, this just proves that McCain is all about oil -- just like BusHitler!

Thank you, thank you, John McCain!  Yes, the southern old school RepedoCons will sit this election out for sure.

  8. More than that I think it's funny that they were pushing the "Obama is too young to have experience" bull c**p and then he picks someone even younger.  Nice.

And she is a pawn.  It's the best political decision he's ever made.  All those angry Hillary supporters aren't spoken for yet, and she fits it.  Not to mention she's squeaky clean if you're a republican.  Antiabortion, anti-g*y marriage, wants to drill in Alaska, cuts taxes, is in the NRA and hunts.   You know, typical Republican stances that take away personal rights and make this country into one big catholic church.  I'm just hoping the same bigoted dems that got freaked out about Obama scare as easily by a woman.

  9. It proves McCain has very poor decision making abilities and is probably slightly senile picking a conservative christian fanatic with no experience who is a card carrying NRA gun nut.

  10. Sarah Palin was selected for one reason only, her gender. If the American people are as stupid as McCain says they are, they deserve him.

  11. Yes he did.  I hate to say it, but "how you doin" Barack?

  12. This election year really sucks. I dont know who I amvoting for. And for this simple reason

    NO ONE DESERVES IT

I don't feel Republicans deserve tobe in the office after have one in there for 8 years, and didnt nothing to help our country out.

I don't feel the Democrats deserve it because of all the whinning and crying that went on between Barack and Clinton.

    Here is whatI feel.

McCain turns 72 today. He picks the hottest female govenor to be on his ticket. I smell a modern day "I didnt have sexual relations with that women" brewing

McCain feels he can kill two birds with one stone. First Female VP, and when he passes on from colon cancer, the first female vp becomes just P.

  13. Indeed 72 years old McCain has lots of experience. But I think he wanted someone young with full of vitality and fresh new ideas for a fresh start which I believe GOV Palin fits right in. McCain may be old but he is not an idiot.

  14. McCain must be seriously intimidated by Obama's success! He just put the final nail in his (not so far removed and not so metaphorical) coffin! Palin is a Ploy and - if I were her - I would feel used and insulted. I agree that if Americans (specifically the Hillary fanatics) are dumb enough to fall for this ploy, they deserve what they get.

The Lord knows I am young enough and free enough to get out of this country when they finally sink it completely into the mudpit! Well, the NRA - I mean RNC - must feel pleased with themselves. But it will be short lived. Dems, Independents, Obamicans and Hillacrats-see you in November!!

  15. Consider that maybe McCain just took a page out of Obama's playbook - the "change" may well be a VP pick that has executive experience and isn't a Washington insider - something that Obama should have thought about before choosing Biden.

  16. McCain doesn't want to win....or maybe HE does, but someone in his campaign doesn't.  He's successfully leveled the field in the "experience" department.  A guy like Romney who has actually built and run a business would have been a much more realistic candidate.  Have fun living in the United Socialist States of America!

  17. I'm a long-time Republican, but I won't be voting for McCain this year, and yes, it's ENTIRELY because of his VP pick.

For the record, I'm not against women in politics.  But I refuse to vote for a campaign that is more concerned with pandering to a fringe minority with a token running mate than choosing the most qualified and capable VP.

McCain had better hope there are a lot more Hillary supporters willing to jump ship to the Republican side than have been previously reported, because he's just alienated a lot of long-time supporters such as myself.  So he's gonna need the votes.

  18. I think McCain just made McCain the new president.
