Vee An did a good job from a Vietnamese point of view but left out a few that Foreign conqueors used. like French Indo China and Anam, Tongking (as in the gulf of Tonking) and for a while the Saigon area and the toe of Vietnam was called Lower Cochin China. and vietnam itself Cochin China.
