he didn't really have girlfriend before christine bandy. once he said he was too shy or his relationships ended after two weeks or even earlier. as i know, he was cheating on christine, because he liked to have fun with lots of girls for one day (or night?), he was kissing other girls just for fun (especially when he was drunk at the clubs), then they broke up, but now they're back together. william said he finally grew up and he's happy with having one girl.
