i dont remember but it was like tricking your body into looseing weight like..... i dont remember if it was first week eat like a pretty good amount of calories....then the next week eat less than what your body ate last week so it would be this1000Calories eating first week.your body gets uset to burning 1000caloriesnext week eat 700caloriesthen your body is burning the 1000 its uset to so your would be loseing the calories but your not really takeing in a good amount?i forgot can someone shed some light on this?what are other good ways on loseing weight other than Exercising cause im all ready doing that now but i was to know eat wise.btw im 15
