There was a plan that Lily came up with that almost cost Albert his life. This crazy plan all started out because they both had a loved one on the other side of the Atlantic serving in the war. Their plan was to cross the ocean in a rowboat to get to there loved ones with Albert and her willing accomplice. Lily and Albert were on the boat and Albert fell off and into the water. He fell off because there were such big waves that the boat lined over a little to much and Albert fell right into the water. While Lily held on tight and thats why she remained in the boat. Albert did not Know how to swim. He was trying to teach himself but the waves keep pushing him away. Lily leaned on her hands to push herself up, then scrambled to her feet. Albert reached out as far as he could. Lily screamed out 'if you stop paddling you will drown.' When Albert reached for Lilly's hand they garbed a hold of each other and pulled him on the boat. They realized that they would not make this advnture so the turned around and went home.
