What was that ice skating fall..?

Question

A couple years ago in a big competion for pairs figure skating there was a big fall, the guy was lifting the girl and she fell. I think she cracked her head or something, but I remember it was pretty bad. They had to stop and everything. Does anyone remember what the names were? It was fairly recent within a couple years. I remember it being all over the news.

do you mean jessica dube? she was doing a spin in a HUGE pairs comp, and her face was slashed?

she got her partner's skate blade lodged in her head during a side by side camel spin. she got a lot of brain damage but was back on the ice before she could even talk again. and she got a new partner.

Was it Tatiana Totmianin & Maxim Marinin - Skate America 2004?

She was in a lasso lift high above, and her partner caught his foot on the ice - she fell head first.

Also could have been Zhang and Zhang...they had to stop in Torino after a throw jump.  She didn't fall on her head though and it wasn't a lift, but just throwing that out there as another possibility of what you're thinking of.
