What was that little bump?

Last night, whilst my girlfriend and I were participating in mutual masturbation (oohh, fancy talk! =P), something rather interesting happened. I am moderately experienced in pleasuring women manually, but I ran into something today that kind of made me raise an eyebrow. While i was penetrating her to roughly 3 and a half inches in, I felt this strange little pea-sized bump in there! I started to mess around with it a bit, which she really enjoyed. My question is, what was that little pea-sized bump? Does it have a name? Do any females have any advice for me regarding this particular topic?

G-spot... although pea-sized is a little small (most are almost the size of a nickle as they engorge).

If it was on the tip of her cervix, it could have been a polyp. They are usually harmless, but she might want to get it checked out.
