What was that order of importance to living again?

Question

My teacher told me there was this order to the importance of living.

Something like a pyramid or something?

Some of the things in it were,

Air, Food, Shelter, s*x and there were a couple more to it.

There is also a scientific name for it. But I have forgotten it.
