What was that patch that Kendall Grove was wearing?

At the very beginning when he stepped in the octagon he had a patch on the left side of his rib cage.... What's that? Nicotine patch, steroids patch, caffeine patch...???

i thought it was a thing for Diabetes or something

I agree with the person above me, it had to be covering up a rash or something like that otherwise he would not have been able to wear it.

Not sure, but I was wondering what it was.  Must be important or he wouldn't be allowed to have it on.
