What was the 'Muscle Media' magazine (date, that is) that featured Jose Canseco?

Does anyone know that 'Muscle Media 2000' magazine that featured Jose Canseco in it? What month was he featured in it. I think that is was late 1998 or early 1999, but I need the exact date. I believe that he played for the Devil Rays during that time b/c I remember seeing him wearing their jersey...or something like that. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
