basically, england colonizes australia simply to use it as a prison. no joke! they exiled all of their criminals to like on the "big rock"-- Australia.

I don't really understand your question but if you want to know why Australia  was made a colony it was done by the British Empire and used as a dumping ground for their convicts. If you committed a crime

they sentenced you to 'transportation' which meant they chained you

up below decks and sent you to Australia for the rest of your life.

Basically the same thing they did to the blacks that went from Africa to the US only the blacks hadn't committed any crimes and probably most of the whites that want to Aus. hadn't committed any real crimes either.
