  1. There are still Neanderthal types alive and well today.

Ask any dentist, and he or she will tell you.

I personally know only one Neanderthal type. He is a doctor and a Green Beret Colonel. He is also a very handsome man, not at all like the wild imaginations of the people at the museum.

I am serious about this, and not making a joke.

Maybe you should check facts before being so free with the thumbs down. Or are you afraid you may actually learn something.

  2. Their brain size relative to body mass was the same as ours. They had music, art and medicine, and ritually buried their dead, indicating some kind of belief system. So probably the same as ours,100.

  3. How can one really know, they've been extinct for thousands of years.

  4. anywhere from 50-70.

  5. I.Q. is a measure of intelligence in school. The Neanderthal was probably smarter in most ways then most humans today when it came to living off the land in his time, and survival.

  6. We don't know enough to even make an educated guess. We do know the Neandertal brain was ~13% larger than the sapien brain.  I suspect the neandertal would score very low on the standard western IQ test... so far we've not been able to test for skills we don't understand & they are many.

  7. They had a slightly larger brain capacity, than we as H. sapiens do today, so just because they were "uncivilized" Hunter/Gatherers, doesn't mean that they were unintelligent!

  8. The test didn't exist back the but if I had to geuss I would say 80-110 just like cromagnon(us) we just captolized on our surroundings more because we were more physically able to do so.

  9. Somewhat more than Darwinian evolutionists and Religious Creationists.

  10. Prob 55-65
