  1. The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy

  2. i think it was journey in to space...and that is a distant memory so i might be mistaken

  3. i am not sure about it ever being on the radio.

but Kenny Evert did a story on old cassette tape and LP record about a space adventure.

it was a spin off from his TV show.

"resistance is futile" is said in this, and if you know Kenny Evert it was regarding the big breasted woman on the ship when she gave orders.

but to be honest before my time and do not think it was ever on the radio.

but we always thought the Borg from star trek stole the "resistance is futile" speech bit from Kenny Evert

    kind regards x Kitti x

PS hitchhikers guide to the galaxy was after Kenny Evert i do believe if TV history memory serves me right so could be both

  4. sounds like flash gordon back in the 60s.

  5. sorry i always thought it was just the borg that said it silly me lol

  6. Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy - its when the Vogon security guard throws Ford Prefect & Arthur Dent off the vogon spaceship

  7. I think the Cybermen said that in one of the Patrick Troughton stories - possibly "The Moonbase" or "The Invasion".

Perhaps it was used on Quatermass?

  8. It's a guess but it sounds a lot like 'The Hitchhikers guide to The Galaxy'.

It began life as a radio series, transferred to TV and finally made it to the big screen couple years ago.

Even if this is not what you were looking for, I have attached a link to the above, it's worth looking at anyway, I thought it was V.funny
