What was the Worst NHL Draft in recent memory?

I'm looking at the '99 draft. The Sedins came 2nd and 3rd. But there are little high points after that. Zetterberg was a late 6th round treasure and Havlat was in there, but not much star players besides that. Patrik Stefan at #1 overall pretty much sums that draft up.

Actually the '96 draft might have been worse!

Like above, the 96' draft might have been the worst draft in recent memory.  I barely know any profound players from that draft.
