  1. I think $300, all on drinks!

  2. The last 7 day Southern Carribean one my fiance and I took we spent about $1000 total. But we also bought 2 watches, a necklace, gambled, and some alcohol.... But usually i myself spend about $300-$500....

  3. $1200 just for me!!!

  4. About seven hundred dollars.  This was on Seabourn, which is all inclusive, you don't pay for cocktails or drinks of any kind.  I was on for 14 days.

Shore excursions, cash advance, laundry and dry cleaning, internet time (expensive!), a few ship to shore calls, and a contribution to the crew fund.

  5. about 400 for myself and about 300 for my boyfriend.  All excursions and alcohol.

  6. About $650 per person!  We took some expensive excursions last trip!

  7. Last 7 day i took was about $500 for my daughter and I. The one before that was almost $1000 for 4 of us. BUt, the last 3 day I took was almost $300 and invloved a considerable amount of alchol

  8. On 22 cruises it has never been more $100.00. Never buy gifts on ship as they are always cheaper in port.

  9. We spent a little over $400 for a family for 4 (two young children) but that didn't include our excursions we paid for those and did them separately. That was just our tips, a couple of souvenirs, and drinks. We did purchase some alcohol at port and carry on. So our costs were light we thought.

  10. I have taken many cruises.  My lowest tab was 135.00 for a seven day cruise. ( I was medications so no drinking)

My biggest tab was 8500.00 for a seven day cruise. Lots of drinking and lots of gambling. No money on anything but booze and gambling. ( Boy was i hurting when the bill came.

  11. $250, I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I really limited myself as to what I bought. Most of it was gifts from the shops.

  12. $300 per person. $1200 total - which is more accurate since 2 of the people were 4 and 6 years old at the time. :)

We were on the Disney cruise so soda was fully covered.

Extras we paid for: surcharge at adults only restaurant for brunch and dinner, cocktails and wine, spa (we reserved a spa suite with private jacuzzi and more for our treatments which was $$$ but AMAZING), photos, souvenirs, and of course good tips

Excursions were booked privately and paid for separately

  13. lol 595.00 it was bad

  14. $850 dollars for two people on 7 day cruise to the Baltic Capitals.

  15. About $130

Most of that was for a ship soda card, and the rest was for internet charges for my flight home.   The rest were $10 / day tips for my service people

I bought no alcohol, prepaid a shore tour, didn't pay for a special dining place, bought no art, no photographs, no room service,  no spa treatments.  I drank diet coke with the card.

I might note that $100 of that was waived as a stockholder benefit as I own a bundle of  their stock and once bothered to read their annual report, which gave stockholders of 100 shares or more credits on their ships.  This is NOT a benefit most travel agents know about; indeed most professional cruise line agents don't know about it.  What I do know is that I bothered to read the annual report of Carnival when I was waiting to see the results of my lasik surgery, and came across it.

  16. none  i smuggled

  17. $996.00

    Two people

  18. On my last cruise it was around $300.  On the one before that it was around $600.

  19. My last cruise ship tab was $1100 per person ($2100 total) but that's because we spent money on wine $120, gifts for family back home and my wife's birthday gift  on board, $600, shore excursions $750, spa $420, and gratuity $140 plus miscellaneous items  was added to the bill.

It all depends on how much you can spend and what you want to do. I don't want to skimp when I'm on vacation so we do splurge but you can get away with not spend all that much at all.  Other couples that went with us barely spent any. Maybe $200 per person, including gratuity which is $70 per person for a 7 day cruise.  So it's alll up to you.

Bonus: We opened a Royal Caribbean visa credit card and charged the ship's tab to the card and got double points. (It's through Bank of America and got a 9.9% fixed interest rate and 6 month interest free financing)  so what we spend goes to our next cruise.

  20. It was close to 400.00 a person all told.

  21. 200$ but paid tips and excursions in advance
