a very good and complex question....i would say the year i was born but..........lol.......well from what i know i would have to say during the 1950's heard those were the most peacful years america probably ever had....ww2 just ended people were getting married and the economy just got better and more productive, even for african americans like me... technology was growing...new cars and homes were produced...even the projects were clean!!!!! lets not forget the new genre of music that changed everything....from rock n roll to jazz and soul
