he died on June 13th of a heart attack.  he was 58.

Heart attack... You only had to look at him to see that he was a high risk candidate. Overweight, pale, rather doughy complexion, and in a high stress job. I don't know his lifestyle outside the studio, but roll that altogether and you have a heart attack waiting to happen.
