What was the cause or causes for the spanish property boom? and will it drop back down?

supply and demand. with all the people from Europe having more disposable income they were buying up all the property.   all the signs are though that it is slowing down now that other country's are allowing outsiders to buy there.the prices in some places in Spain have come down because the demand for property has slowed down but i cannot see it coming down much
