What was the caviar restaurant in NYC featured on Trump's the Apprentice.?

I remember on one of the early seasons on the Apprenctice Trump took the winning team to a really upscale caviar restaurant in NYC.

The Japanese resaurant Masa is largely considered to be the most expensive restaurant in the city with prices ranging from 300 - 500 a person. However, I seem to remember the restaurant on the show was much more expensive than this. I believe I remember them saying some of the tiny caviar dishes were 600 - 700 dollars alone.
