  1. I am unable to find a documentation but we can easily guess.

    It's maximum altitude would likely to be limited first and foremost by the cabin pressurization/oxygen supply , which was non-existent.

    This means the aircraft would never have flown higher than 14,000 feet. This figure is even generous. Most people need oxygen at altitudes higher than 10,000 feet. Some may even show signs of hypoxia at lower altitudes depending on their physical fitness.

    Even on mail routes or cargo routes, there is no evidence of the flight crew having some sort of pressurization or oxygen supply therefore HP 42s flying on these flights are also limited to 14,000 feet or less.
