What was the cloverfield monster and its parasites?

is it a real monster scientist theorized or a mythical creature or is it just made up?

I don't know why but I found the movie to be sick...maybe it's just me.

well they don't clarify whether it was not of this world or if it came from deep in the ocean.

But it lookedlike multiple things put together, it was created, the guy who came up with it created it by filling a wall with all sorts of animals and organs and nasty stuff.

They never said what the monster was, which is very annoying.

I didn't like the ending either because it left to many unanswered questions, but they might have done that because there could be a sequel coming out.
