What was the deal with that guy getting arrested for streaming "Guns & Roses' " new album online on his blog?

They say the FBI caught him, & he got arrested & is on a $10,000 bail. Well, they say he uploaded it, & it got leaked. & G&R lost $8,000 in royalties. If people do this ALL the time on some websites, how come this guy was singled out? Guns & Roses didn't report him, either. But they said that the FBI notified G&R about this situation.

What's your opinion on this?

It's illegal. Him putting the songs on the net has let people get the tracks for free- which will affect the sails of the CD

and any way Axl hasn't even finished it yet, he doesn't want people to hear songs that are not finished.

There are new laws now, so this will be happening more often.
