What was the detective show on USA ?

I am hurting my brain thinking about this show. It was in the 90's and it was like an updated Hunter. It had a woman and a man duo detective theme. She was Brunette and he was tall and had short hair. I think they might have dated at one time in the show. That's about all I can remember. Thanks for helping and sorry I don't remember any more.

err i am not sure currently they have the detective show's Monk and he does have short hair and Psych but Psych isnt what your thinking of.
