  1. He didn't kill him. Batman doesn't kill.

  2. Batman ran at the end because he decided to take the blame for all the people Harvey (two-face) killed so that Harvey's reputation would stay good, because if it was bad then so much would happen to Gotham and it would make it all worse. If it came out that Harvey killed the people then all the people he put in jail would be let loose and it would do a lot of harm to Gotham. Batman is the hero so he rook the blame to save Gotham.

The Joker was captured by police and wasn't killed But he probably won't be in the next one (if there is one I'm guessing there will be) cause the actor who played him died.

    Hope this helps!

  3. He didn't kill the Joker. Batman doesn't really kill people.

  4. The Joker wasn't killed, he was taken back to Arkham Asylum.  Remember this bit of dialogue:

JOKER: You won't kill me out of some misplaced sense of self-righteousness, and I won't kill you because you're too much fun.  You know, I think we're destined to do this forever, you and I.

BATMAN: You'll be in a padded jail forever.

JOKER: Maybe we could share one.  You know, they're gonna be doubling up the rate this city's inhabitants are losing their minds.

As for Batman, he's still in Gotham but is on the run from the law because he is taking the fall for Harvey Dent and the public now believes he is responsible for the five deaths Dent caused.

    HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

  5. batman doesn't kill. that's his one biggest rule.

the police take the joker away. he is presumably in arkham now.
