What was the final 911 commission budget?

I searched google and what I received was information from the commission report itself (http://govinfo.library.unt.edu/911/about/faq.htm). I am not sure if the commission report is telling the truth and I want other evidence, hard evidence of what the final budget was.

And it announces budget woes, and I am not sure what to believe.

Can anyone produce any article that talks of the changes made to the commission budget?

I just need to final budget allotted.

Sorry, I can't quote a figure, but I have heard and seen it stated many times that it was less than what was spent on investigating Bill Clinton's s*x life.
