before the plates shifted it was called pangea. that's what the original globe would have looked like, but they didnt make the globe till after the plates moved.

If you're talking cartography, I don't believe it was named anything more than a globe.

The best I could find the information on is that the oldest still in existence was made in 1492 by a German named Martin Behaim.

Earlier ones may have been made, but I couldn't find the information on them.  They appear to have been in the works since the beginning of that century.
