What I mean is a gun that isn't a BB gun or an air rifle. My first gun was a Remington 550-1 .22 rifle that my father gave to me.

  1. The first real gun I owned was an AK-47. I bought it when I was 18 and still have it.

  2. Marlin 15Y Little Buckaroo when I was about 10 years old.

Addition: I've been shooting that gun since I was around 6 or 7 years old. But the gun wasn't in my possession until I was around 10.

    Next, was a Taurus 24/7 pro/compact 9mm.

    I'm debating a Sig P226 blackwater edition next. :)

  14. I borrowed my dad's guns until I was 13 or 14, when he gave me a Remington 700 BDL in 6mm Remington that's still one of the most accurate guns I own. And it isn't fussy about the loads it's fed, either. I really ought to use it more often, but somehow it seems to get lost in the pile.
