What was the hexagonal building?

(that has now been demolished) that was on a rounda about but Waterloo station and St Thomas Hospital? Who owned it when it was in use - It had been deralict for a few yeras before being demolished.

  1. It was the County Hall Island Block.  It was part of County Hall when the GLC were there.  It has been voted Britain's ugliest building and is being replaced by a hotel
