What was the intro/outro music for Rick Gilmore's show on WTAM 1100?

A few years back, WTAM 1100 had a radio personality named Rick Gilmore (Gilmour?). His show played a mellow intro/outro song that I heard the other day, but couldn't figure out who the artist was.

To give you a time reference, he received some kind of local broadcast award in 2003, so we're looking at approximately 1999-2004.

Anywho, if you know what song I'm referring to, please give the artist & song name.

The song he used was "One Headlight" by The Wallflowers.

He used to use the beginning  as his intro song.
