For me it is Prague, in the Czech Republic. Beautiful architecture, a lot to see, and the best beer in the world!

Mykonos ( It is a Greek Isle) I went there and it was beutiful (If you have seen Mamma Mia or Sisterhood of the travelling pants you will get an idea)

I loved Cairo, but the Pyramids are nice, but the actuall citty is not

Rome was great too, so much arcitexture

I also enjoyed Turkey- It has incredible mosques!

u have said what 'was' meaning during which era is this??? a little more specific please.......

if by chance that was a mistake and u meant today, then it depends on which category u mean beautiful, by architecture (modern or ancient), having a lot of nature in it etc...

for architecture and all (modern) perhaps it is Dubai with its mind boggling skyscrapers......

(ancient) - several places in India, Cairo.....

(medieval) - Venice, Paris, St.Petersburg (Russia) and several more..

(nature) - i guess several places in New Zealand....
