What was the name of that movie about women in prison which featured a scene of some nasty woman shoving ?

another woman face down in the toilet of the jail cell they shared and also there was another woman who was so disgusted she held a comb in your hand and squeezed it so hard until her palm bled because was disgusted by what she saw she wanted to be tough to beat that woman up and also there was a scene outside the prison where the two women were fighting. Of course it was the nasty woman who put that other woman face down in the toilet.

I think it was from either the late 1970's or early 1980's.
