What was the name of the autistic black guy who did the amazing sketches in a channel 4 documentary last week.

Question

I'm not sure but i think he was on 'Extraordinary People' on C4, and had been commisioned to do sktches all over the world, and maybe i miss heard but i thought that it was said during narration that he is one of only a 100 savants ever known.

He was also featured on 'Blue Peter' quite some years ago when he was still a young boy.  His artistic ability was beyond belief even then.
