Morgan Spurlock wrote, starred and directed in Super Size Me, which is the movie that you are asking about. You can find it on dvd, if you would like to watch it, I reccmend it, but I like to warn you that it does get disburbing at times during the movie. Plus I see that see that he is back with another movie now in movie theatres, that is not getting good reviews. He had a rule that he had to eat all 3 meals at McDonald's, and he could only eat/and drink at Mcdonald's, and water is included, if McDonald's didn't make it, he couldn't eat it.  I bet he was glad once he could start eating other food again.
