  1. Like the other lady I am confused by what you are trying to say in your question, I found the origin of the name for you,

    Boone Name Meaning and History

English (of Norman origin): from a nickname meaning ‘good’, from Old French bon ‘good’. Compare Bone 1.

English (of Norman origin): habitational name from Bohon in La Manche, France, of obscure etymology.

Dutch: from Middle Dutch bone, boene ‘bean’, hence a metonymic occupational name for a bean grower or a nickname for a man of little importance (broad beans having been an extremely common crop in the medieval period), or possibly for a tall thin man (with reference to the runner bean).

    Hope this helps.

  2. Daniel

  3. I am not exactly sure what you are asking.  If you are referring to Daniel Boone than the site below could be your answer.  There was an issue w/ his land and he had to file a petition to reclaim it.  He filed the petition in 1810, but it was not approved by the U.S. Congress until Feb. of 1814.  He died in 1820. (see below)

"...on February 10, 1814, Congress passed an "Act for the Relief of Daniel Boone," which confirmed his title to the land."

The above site includes the 3 page handwritten petition signed by Daniel Boone.  If you wade through it, it is actually interesting to see what he wrote to get title to his land.
