Charles Ng and Leanard Lake.  I know they made videos of the girls that they killed because i saw this documentary about them on A&E.  Check out wikipedia and see if thats who you are referring to.

i think it was the BTK or RTK killer or something like that. or i might be thinking of someone completely different. im not that knowledgeable about killers.
