  1. Several Muslim densities were interested in art, & so they sponsored the work of the artists.

    Muslims developed in the art of calligraphy & mosaic. It’s showmen in different mosques, palaces & even average houses.

    Muslims had also developed style in architecture. One of the most famous architects was a man by the name of Sinan. He designed many buildings for the Ottomans, especially during the time of Sultan Sulyman. One of Sinan’s students designed Taj Mahal in India. In earlier periods Muslims designed & built the Alhambra palace in Spain, which is a master piece.


  2. The Islam of of a thousand years ago in places like Persia dominated the arts and also was a center for academia. The house of wisdom worked to translate differnet texts, and writers authored works like One Thousand and One Nights,
